Cancellation & Billing Policy

At Desire AI, operated by Visionary Alignment LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), we believe in transparent, straightforward billing. This policy outlines how subscriptions, cancellations, and billing work for the Desire AI platform.

1. Subscription Plans

Desire AI is available on a subscription basis with the following plan options:

  • Monthly plan: billed at the current monthly rate on a recurring monthly basis.
  • Annual plan: billed at the current annual rate as a single payment for 12 months of access.

All plans include full access to every Desire AI feature. Pricing is subject to change; however, existing subscribers will be notified of any price changes before their next billing cycle.

2. Cancellation Terms

2.1 How to Cancel

You may cancel your subscription at any time using one of the following methods:

  • Account settings: log in to your Desire AI account and navigate to your subscription or billing settings to cancel.
  • Email: send a cancellation request to [email protected] from the email address associated with your account.

2.2 What Happens When You Cancel

  • Your cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have full access to the Service until that date.
  • No further charges will be made to your payment method after cancellation is processed.
  • We do not issue prorated refunds for unused time remaining in a billing period.
  • After your access expires, your account data will be retained for 90 days in case you choose to resubscribe. After 90 days, your data may be permanently deleted.

2.3 Annual Plan Cancellations

If you are on an annual plan and cancel, you will retain access to the Service for the remainder of your annual term. No partial refund will be issued for the remaining months of the annual plan. Your subscription will not renew at the end of the annual term.

3. Billing Errors & Exceptions

While we do not offer general refunds, we will address the following billing situations:

  • Billing errors: if you were charged incorrectly due to a billing error on our part (such as a duplicate charge or incorrect plan amount), we will issue a refund for the overcharged amount promptly.
  • Service outage: if the Service was unavailable for an extended period (more than 72 consecutive hours) due to an issue on our end, you may be eligible for a prorated credit for the affected period.
  • Unauthorized charges: if you believe your account was charged without your authorization, please contact us immediately so we can investigate and resolve the issue.

4. Plan Changes

If you upgrade your plan, the price difference will be prorated and charged immediately. If you downgrade your plan, the change will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. No refund or credit will be issued for the difference during the current billing period.

5. Promotional Pricing

From time to time, we may offer promotional pricing or discount codes for new subscribers. Promotional rates apply only to the initial billing period specified in the offer and are not retroactively applied to existing subscriptions. After the promotional period ends, your subscription will renew at the standard rate unless otherwise stated.

6. Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us directly at [email protected] before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. Filing a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue with us may result in the suspension of your account. We are committed to resolving billing disputes quickly and fairly.
